Ordered a product that I needed for a job. Asked if it could be delivered on a certain date. Was given confirmation by sales rep via email that it would arrive. So I scheduled a team to go ahead with the work the day after product arrival. The next day after ordering I emailed him to ask for tracking information as I hadn’t received anything yet. No response. Called him. No answer. Called customer service to enquire about order, then managed to get a tracking number only to find out that product is arriving 6 days after date that was requested. I paid $77 for shipping of a $30 1 pint squirt bottle of stain to complete a $20+k job. If it wasn’t going to arrive on time I would not have made the purchase and would have found an alternative solution. But now I have no choice but to wait but t

Great company. Quality material. Been working with them for 18 years with no complaints. As far as the Fife branch, everybody there is great. Shawn always makes it happen. Highly recommended.

I would give zero stars if I could! The absolute worst customer service. We are attempting to match our current flooring so we can put hardwood in 3 large rooms (instead of carpet). Galleher refuses to give us a sample to do that! I reached out directly to the company and they are appalled that Galleher has not responded to their numerous requests! I am taking our project a whole different direction because Galleher is extremely difficult to work with!
