It feels like I'm bothering the employees every time I shop there. I had one of my foremen pick up some items the other day and of course they sold him the wrong blades for a machine that is exactly like the one on their floor. Screwed up a whole day and when he took them back no apologies but excuses. Won't go back.

I'm relatively new to shopping at this place. Uriel has great customer service, he's been the most helpful guy behind the desk.

I didn't even want to give the 1 star. Do NOT go with this company, the reviews are deceiving. Ive been trying to place an order for over a week now. Leaving messages and sending emails to more than one employee. No call or return emails! Finally after walking into the store for the second time to place my order the Manger promises to expedite snd have my order in by my installation date. I called to pick up and they don't have my shipment in, in fact they "won't have in till MAYBE 2 or 3 days from now" in there exact words. So now I have to reschedule with my flooring installer who is already 2 weeks out. Hopefully my order will be in by then.

Julio Jones and uriel y El chuyito are the best cashiers in town.. Good cashiers service.. Las Gorditas at Tom Duffy are the best.. good service and good product they treat you like a chilaquil .. Chuyita rules and the secretary with glasses takes care of you and the hippie managers knows everything about flooring… and Julie smiles loads your materials in less than 5 min… better Gallagher and big D’s
