Galloway Carpet One Floor & Home

We had Galloway Carpet One replace our carpet in all four bedrooms. I was very pleased with the quality and selection of the carpets to choose from. Carli was very helpful in finalizing my selection. Trevor installed the carpet and did a fantastic job! I was impressed that he was a one man crew! We are pleased with our purchase and installation.

Almost three years ago I purchased flooring from Galloway. The total price for the laminate flooring was seventeen thousand five hundred dollars. The price included installation. I was told at the time of purchase that the product was top of the line and would last a lifetime. Over time I have had some cracks. It was laid over concrete. I recently went back to the store to ask if anything could be done to correct the problem. I was told by Phil at the store that it was probably an installation problem but probably nothing they could do but he would check. He also said that they probably could not fix the problem because they don't know who did the install. They did the install and I'm supposed to believe they don't know who did it. I am very pleased with Galloway’s work and products. I have been a repeat customer since my house was built many years ago and they have done an outstanding job every time. Even while there was a hiccup in this last project we did, they were very empathetic about it and very quick to fix it. I will be using Galloway Carpet , in the future, for the rest of my house for more renovations. I would 100% percent recommend highly Galloway Carpet. They won’t let you down!!

This is a great place for flooring! The sales people there are so knowledgeable and helpful. Anna was amazing to work with and was so patient as I picked out LVP and carpet to re-do my entire home. The installers were quick and efficient and it turned out great! I highly recommend them!

I want to say how helpful Zach was. We bought flooring from Galloway about 12 years ago and while the floor is still awesome, a leak under the house means we have to replace a small damaged area. Zach tried to get the same flooring but it’s no longer available. We ended up using leftover flooring from my office project in that small bathroom but I appreciate Zach’s willingness to try to locate the old flooring and his suggestions for alternatives. Galloway is my go-to flooring store!
