Tom and Lina did a great job on our kitchens, wood living room floor, and carpets in the bedrooms. They did a fantastic job working with us to select the correct flooring materials for our house and our needs while staying in budget. Tom and his workers did an amazing job getting the floors level, which is no mean feat in a 100+ year old house! Couldn’t be happier with the results. Would recommend, 10/10!

Valentina did a good job locating our Envelop Mother of Pearl carpet. Francisco make a 9x13 area rug, a runner, and door mat for us from the carpet yardage. We had a small job that needed to be completed fast as we have a rental property and had renters coming in just a few days. Lina was able to help me make an in stock selection and priced it out quickly. They had an installer at our house within 2 days and he was by far the best installer I have seen. We own a commercial construction company, and we see installs daily. Pricing was more than Home Depot but that is to be expected when supporting local businesses. Most importantly they were responsive, helpful and were able to get the job done in our time frame at a high-quality level. We will definitely use them again for future flooring needs.

Customer service at Galveston Flooring far exceeded my expectations! I recently had to put carpet treads on my beautiful spiral staircase because my 10 year old boxer kept slipping down the stairs. I consider this staircase the focal point in my home and I absolutely loved the beauty of the hardwood stairs and didn't really want to cover them. After I selected the carpet that I wanted to use, the owner, Tom made a special trip to my house to look at the staircase. With his experience, he knew exactly what to do in my situation. About 10 days later, the carpet was laid on each stair and, again, Tom came to my house to supervise the job and made sure it was done to perfection! To my surprise, I actually love the staircase more with the carpet treads! I also had 2 custom size rugs made
