We've had the pleasure of working with Galvin and Sons Masonry on four projects around our property over the last few years. We have 3 ceramic silos from the 1920's on our property which were greatly in need of repair. Jason and his team took incredible care to insure that the silos were restored to their original glory. The worked with us to find a creative and appropriate solution to replace missing tiles, which are no longer available. Their solution was realistic and visually pleasing. I have been searching for someone to rebuild the deteriorated chimney on my house for several months. I was lucky enough to find Galvin and Sons who provided me with a prompt diagnosis and estimate, and then followed through with a thoroughly professional job. Honest, Gentlemen, Craftsmen. Three words that I don't use lightly. Jason and his dad epitomize the definition of those three words. Galvin & Sons Masonry have done work at my home and my mothers home. The chimney repair at my house is invisible. Look around at your neighbors chimneys and I bet you can see a line where there chimney was repaired. Good luck finding the repair at my house. My moms front steps were peeling with bad paint and crumbling with a bad home repair. I feared replacing the steps or covering them in expensive stone were the only options. During the historic torrential rains in Western MA in July of 2023, my 1850s stone foundation basement was suffering unprecedented severe leakage and water infiltration. Based on the positive Google reviews of Galvin and Sons Masonry, I called them for a quote on foundation repair and watersealing. My call was returned promptly, and Jason even came to my house on a Sunday evening because of my busy schedule. I received the quote promptly and was told that my work would be done in October or November, given the many jobs on their schedule.
