The Home Depot

This store was awesome. Very well kept, neatly organized,.clean and surprisingly there was an associate in the aisle where we got our fasteners who actually approached us to see if we got everything ok. We asked about another item and he walked us to where it was in another aisle. This associate additionally stuck up a simple conversation with us. Now that is customer service at this store! As a former retail store manager I was super impressed. We weren't ignored as the case in other Home Depot stores we shop.

Be careful what you buy here on a gift card. If you make a return even with the receipt they will not put the funds back on a gift card but give you a store credit that requires you to have your id scanned then scanned again when you go to use it. Many time it doesn’t work. This is their policy and they make no attempt to correct this, not even the managers have any power. It’s not right, I would recommend not buying gift cards for anyone as it’s a chance for the gift to really just be a free donation to Home Depot

Do not buy appliances from ANY Home Depot, EVER. Purchased "brand new" refrigerator($1600), they delivered a malfunctioning refrigerator that needs maintenance. A new refrigerator should NOT need maintenance, NEEDS replacement. Called Home Depot. They deny any/all responsibility of malfunctioning appliances that they sell. Home Depot gave me the run around. Whirlpool gave me the run around. And NOW I'm out $1600 & STUCK with a malfunctioning refrigerator. Home Depot and Whirlpool are a bunch of thieves. You have been warned. JR Ramdial US Coast Guard

Had an awesome experience getting help from customer service after scanning code to get help with locked up area in electrical section. Within a minute Denial came smiling around the corner to help. She is very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. She is an asset to your company and deserves the kudos as her service will keep us coming back to Home Depot Hadley.

Large store very clean and well stocked. Was asked several associates if we required help.nice change from most HD and Lowes where I have to search out someone and told that's not my department.
