Gama Gate- Roll Up Gate Repair

Horrible service. After being a customer for years with Gama I will no longer continue to request their services. My job was not done correctly. The warranty terms are not clear.(Apparently the warranty only applies Mon to Fri and If you call for service on the weekend because the gate they installed has an Issue you have to pay for emergency service) Gamma doesn’t take responsibility for leaving jobs improperly secure to avoid future issues even when they are called to address the concern before an issue occurs. When questioned on why items were not done on the initial install they responded that’s not their responsibility. Terrible customer service. Did not answer my phone call, only text. Left me waiting for 4 hours after sending my address. I followed up with Gama for them to send me a price before even diagnosing the issue. Ended up telling me no and to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional, will never call them again. Their "5 star" reviews are 100% fake.
