Over the Christmas holidays we had a leak in our living room ceiling that was coming from the upstairs guest bathroom. My neighbor recommended Ganz plumbing as she was recommended this plumber by another neighbor who used them well. These people are honest and know what they’re doing. They fixed our problem and didn’t over charge us.

Great communication and friendly service. Price was very reasonable. This is the third time I've used Ganz and it won't be the last.

Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining. * Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean.

Ganz was great!! Prior to calling Ganz, a plumber from my home warranty company came out and said they wouldn't fix the leaking shower faucet (of course after taking the service call fee). Not Ganz, I sent them a picture of the leaking shower faucet and new exactly what it needed to be fixed. They were on time for the scheduled appointment and had it fixed quickly. Thanks again Ganz for the great customer service!

Used Ganz Plumbing to replace a water heater. Great customer service, prompt call backs, and they show up when they say they will. We're very happy with the service we received.
