Disappointing Experience at Garage 1 in Coral Gables I recently had a very unsatisfactory experience at Garage 1 in Coral Gables, Miami. I parked my car there for just an hour, but unfortunately, I lost my parking ticket. When I approached the cashier to resolve this issue, I expected some understanding or at least a reasonable solution. Despite the presence of an operator named Alina at the cashier, I was charged for an entire day's parking. This was frustrating, but what made the situation worse was the operator's refusal to check the surveillance video. The garage has video surveillance that clearly records the entry and exit of vehicles, which could have easily verified my claim of parking for only an hour. Cheap garage parking, but the turns going up and down levels is extremely tight. Elevator was out of service.

Super easy to get to the terminal under an inside access path with beautiful paintings. I'll be using the garage for all future trips instead of economy lots. Prepay online and you get a qr code

Conveniently located behind popular Miracle Mile establishments. Parking is tight for a midsize sedan particularly at the corners near the ramps. Exercise caution when backing up.

We are here on March 4th 2017 and waiting to get out from the past one hour. The line moves an inch at a time. There's a long line with no explanation why it's not moving . Seriously !!! No number to call or nothing So inefficient and unprofessional!!! No idea of how things should be run ...
