Jacob provided outstanding garage door repair and servicing. He was professional, efficient, and got everything working perfectly. I highly recommend his services. He clearly explained the state of my 16 year old opener with wobbly chain drive. The wire on one side was also about to snap which could have resulted in costly repair down the road. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the repair process clearly. The door now operates smoothly and quietly. Great workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service from start to finish.

He did the service he came to do and showed me what he recommended with all the prices and promos and for the first time in history it didn't feel like I was being taken or pushed to buy something I didn't need. Called Door Dr and so glad they sent technician Andrew Yun out, it was my lucky day. Andrew seen the issue and worked on my door for hrs paying attention to every detail to make sure it was right .
