Garage door spring broken and I called the Geeks at 7am, left a message and got a call back within the hour, and the next hour - Dan is at my door! He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and got the door working and sounding better than before. What a great company! My garage door would not close, and I did not know why. I could not repair the problem from my wheelchair. I called Garage Door Geeks at 5:28 PM and explained I needed the door repaired ASAP because I would be out of town for a funeral out of state the next day. The company asked me to wait 10-15 minutes so they could check with their technicians to see if anyone was available to respond to my repair request. I was lucky because Dan answered that he could be at my home in 20 minutes. Dan illustrated technical mastery, efficiency, excellent customer interaction, proactive problem-solving, cleanliness, and thorough documentation, resulting in a smooth operation of my garage door.
