Upgrade Garage Door took care of my many issues that were not repaired correctly eighteen months ago! Yes, $1300 was spent on the former repair, only to have to reach to Upgrade Garage Door to repair many parts of the 20+ year old very heavy garage door. My technician, Danny was exceptional, handled all the issues and even held open the very heavy door so my wife could remove her car before he started his repair. If you are shopping around just stop here. There first quote was the absolute best & service was definitely 5 stars! These guys did an amazing job fixing my garage door and installing a new system. Everything works flawlessly, the service was smooth and professional, and their pricing was the best around! I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a great company! We had one of the original wooden roll-up doors and wanted to replace them. Brandon came out to measure and give us our door options. We decided on a beautiful wood grain, but just to make sure it would look good, he came out a second time with a sample. His pricing was incredibly fair. When the doors came in, Raphael brought them, took down the old doors and installed the new ones. He and his brother did a fantastic job! We are ecstatic on how they look! We will be using Garage Door Hero in the future for all our garage door needs!

This is my 3rd and u fortunately last time using this company. They came to fix lose bolts. Charged me $$. Literally 30min after the job was completed the bolts fell out of the wall again. I called and he said he would get back to me. It’s been 5 days and nothing. I yelp messaged the company and no response. I ended up calling my handyman and he came right away.
