I'm so happy with my new garage door. The crew did such a great job. The consultation and installation were arranged within days. The cost was very reasonable, much less than I anticipated. My home is older The door was an odd size, the garage has a header beam that caused the old door to catch. They were able to make adjustments so the new door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly. The owner Kevin was very responsive and informative. He answered my questions and won my business from Action, who did not answer my questions when I called them first. My door broke that morning and the window they gave me was 10am to noon. The tech Scott was there on-time, and worked efficiently to replace the broken springs. He also noticed the broken hinges that were there when Action had replaced the springs the last time that I hadn't realized were broken (I just thought they were like that, lol). Scott replaced the hinges with heavier ones and lubed and serviced everything on the door. To boot, they give a 10 year warranty on the springs so if they break again I'll only pay a service charge. We have been calling on Kevin for many years for our past two homes. We have trust in him for low and best pricing and availability and reliability. We inadvertently called the wrong number and had another company give us a bid to replace Springs… they came in at twice the price.
