Very positive experience with this company. Cisco arrived 5 minutes early and replaced a set of srpings and serviced all 4 of my single car doors. Very reasonable pricing for labor and springs. 3 year spring warranty.

Darrel North came within 48 hours and replaced my broken garage door torsion spring plus the other one that was old. I called a couple other garage repair shops and this one quoted the best price BY FAR for parts. Other places had 3x to 4x markup, while Garage Doors by Roy North were almost charging wholesale or Amazon prices. Total cost was at least half that of competitors. Very professional, quick service too. I highly recommend them!

I’ve had Roy North do repairs and installs before with no problems. Recently I was locked out of my garage, and the technician determined the quick-disconnect they installed a year earlier was done incorrectly. Although they fixed the issue, I was charged $65 to correct their own mistake. That was frustrating and disappointing, especially given my past positive experiences.

Want professional service that is actually GREAT service at a very reasonable price? That is hard to find! But, Roy North Garage Doors is that company. They replaced the keyless entry and tuned the doors while I was making a cup of coffee. Honestly, I had not finished making my cup of coffee and they were done. The doors now open and close smoothly without the loud clanking noise. As far as price, their fee was less than another company that came out, quoted, then left.
