Last Saturday, February 22, I went to park at your garage located at 161 W 56th St next to Carnegie Hall. The person who helped me at around 7:20 pm was quite rude, without manners, a person like that can not represent a company like yours, I demand corrective measures for him, lastly you have a special price sign from 5 pm to 12 pm for around $19.50 all night, why after two hours are you charging me $37 if you don't specify on the sign if the price depends on the type of car? This seems like misleading advertising to me.

Don't even think of parking here. They claim of a one hour special for 12.67. I parked here and came back 9 minutes over the time and they charged me 50 bucks. They even laughed in my face about it... This is NY right? No gtfoh. Grimey.

The parking attendants are very friendly and professional. I never have any complaints.
