Garage - Park Avenue 39 Parking LLC - Valet

I made a reservation for 1030 and due to traffic I arrived at 11. I was told that my reservation could not be honored because I was late and they wanted to DOUBLE the rate to accommodate me. The owner himself insisted that he could not honor the rate. Incredibly dishonest management.

Was easy to drop-off my car, and easy to pick-up. Good location. Short drive from the midtown tunnel. Employees were polite and professional. I have used their services on at least two prior occasions. I recommend. Got the job done efficiently and without any drama.

The workers there are strange and rude, and a bag containing memorabilia has been stolen. I parked on Jan 11 to Jan 12, 2024 I parked the car with them and inside it was the travel bag and the bag containing the souvenirs was tied to it. I asked them to bring the travel bag from the trunk of the car and a small bag inside the car and leave the car in the parking lot because I did not need it, and they refused to do so. I told them that the travel bag contained things that we needed, so he refused and then brought the bag without thesouvenirs bag attached to it, and he did not bring the bag from inside the car. Within two hours, I went to them to take the bag from inside the car, and he did not like my request and said that I will bring the car to go out, and if you want to leave it here,

I have an SUV so figured it would be the bigger sized vehicle and was i was parked for one and a half hours so had to pay for 2 hours. What I didn't expect was the total came to $75... That is crazy.

They forgot to give me the parking ticket. When I come back 25 minutes later to pick up my car, it took them more than 10 minutes to find the ticket. Then I was charged $35 more because the parking time exceeded 1/2 hour, which is not my fault!
