Chris came and gave me an in person quote which most of these companies don't do anymore. Door came in early and they installed on MLK day. However, the installers moved the opener directly under my drop down attic access. When I called and asked them to come back and fix it, the woman who answer the phone said "it was a holiday and everyone needed help" which is such an odd response to someone who just spent thousands of dollars on a new door. However, Chris came out and fixed the crews mistake. No harm no foul. While he was programing the opener, it overheated? and would not open or close. He told me some ways to maybe fix it and if I was still having problems to call them the next day. Chris came back the following day and still could not get the existing opener to work properly. He

Garage tech repaired my garage door and the service was excellent. James did a great job with the same and took care of few other issues. My garage door was always squeaky and now it's as smooth as it could be. Service was excellent and the staff was super responsive. Highly recommend!

Quick, responsible, and professional. We got the service for installing garage door openers. James is very knowledgable and easy to work with, and he completely fixed the mess that was left by another garage door company I hired. The service charge is also quite reasonable.
