Garage Experts sealed my new garage floor with their proprietary product that’s the best. Steve and Tripp Novak were communicative every step of the way and delivered a great product. I received bids from 6 different contractors and believe I selected the best product and contractor.

Reason i am providing a 1 star rating … I originally gave them a full 5 stars when they finished the job and I even paid a little extra because the job was under quoted. I told them I understood because they’re doing a great job. The 1 star rating is because the floor is supposed to be warrantied and I have a few spots that need to be touched up. I took pictures and submitted pictures, but the owner won’t return my phone calls. It’s been 4 years trying to get the touch up. I just wish this business had follow through of what you buy. These are spots that needed touch up since day one but haven’t. No matter how many calls you make they won’t return or do what they advertise. We’ve wanted a nice garage floor for 30 years, my service truck and salt from winters’ roads have taken its toll in that time, the concrete spalled badly. I didn’t think my floor could be done after looking closely. We had Steve come and give me a look and a price, we were delighted to find out it could be done at a reasonable price. Tripp led the work crew that tackled the job, he knew exactly what to do and how to do it, we were amazed at the progress. It seemed like no time at all we had our dream garage floor completed.
