We are totally satisfied with our new outbuilding. Mitchco does exceptional work, worked with us throughout the process including the design and documentation required for our HOA approval, and ensured the building was exactly what we wanted. Mitch not only addressed any concerns in a timely manner and was customer service oriented, he also provided insight and experience. We would highly recommend Mitchco if you are looking to build an outbuilding.

We had MitchCo build our 30x50 RV outbuilding and they did a great job! Mitch and his guys really know what they are doing, which results in a high quality product. We were very happy with everything from design, concrete, structure, exterior paint/stone, roofing, doors… you name it. Mitch was easy to work with and provided ideas, guidance, and perspective throughout the process - and he is personally on site doing the construction and overseeing the process. I would definitely recommend using MitchCo to anyone looking to build an RV garage/outbuilding!

We had a double car garage built by Mitchco and they did a perfect job. Once the administrative piece (Permits and such) is complete they get moving. Their craftsmanship is NOT compromised by their speed. Quick and very detail oriented. I will only recommend Mitchco for people needing a garage built.

Mitch built our garage in the summer of 2017. He was great at matching our roof line and all the materials. Mitch worked with us to ensure we were able to maximize the HOA requirements for size. We wanted a garage for both RV and utility, so he suggested one big door instead of two. The construction process was very quick, efficient and well managed. We love our new garage!

Mitch, with his team and subcontractors, worked like a well-oiled machine. They are all top-notch and know what they are doing. The garage is beautiful and is clearly the best improvement investment we have ever made. It was a real pleasure getting to know Mitch, his sons, and all the rest of the guys.
