Another plumbing company tried to pressure me into a $10,000 renovation to replace what they claimed was a collapsed sewer line. Paul did a sewer scope at our house, gave us excellent advice, and was trustworthy. It’s not often in this day and age that you can cold call and find someone who cares about more than just money. It was obvious that Paul cared about our home, cared about connecting us with a trustworthy repair person, and encouraged us in what he considered a fair price.
