Bob and I exchanged a few text messages (including pictures of the space). After a few days, we settled on an installation date; and within 3 hours, our garage was transformed. Bob and Don are great to work with. They bring good ideas for organizing your space and do excellent work. They're on time and reliable to boot. Photo shows just one side of our garage. Bob, feel free to add the other photos because I haven't taken them yet. We couldn't be happier with the result. I cannot imagine Bob and Don ever receiving a negative review. They are a small business doing the work themselves, so it's not reasonable to expect them to always reply in 5 minutes because they may be working with another client, but they always reply in a reasonable time. I'm so thrilled with our results from Garaginize! Our garage was a disaster and I was skeptical it could be done, but the results are so impressive! They were on time, worked quickly, and everything looks so good! The interface of taking pictures to assist planning makes project-starting so easy. The shelving, organizers and boards offered a lot of customization at an affordable price. We had numerous bikes, scooters, and kids' toys to deal with, but it was all done with ease. Garaginize even goes so far as to install shelving AND help you re-organize your things for you! It's well-worth your money. We had the most fantastic experience with Bob and Garaginize. Over the course of a week, I texted to get information, shared pictures of our garage, received a mock-up of recommendations via text, and had him schedule and complete our garage project. Not only did Garaginize maximize our space and create seamless storage, they organized everything and even swept the garage before finishing the job. We are thrilled with their work; everything was exceptional: communication, quality of service, and time. I would definitely recommend Garaginize without hesitation!

Estimate and communication was great up front. However, I scheduled an installation appointment and no show, no response to call or emails. Update, I emailed for confirmation and was sent back they would arrive between 8-8:30, I never provided a cell number or was texted but replied to all emails.
