Garbage Guy Junk Removal Phoenix

We had a "junk emergency" today! I called Garbage Guys because of the stellar rating. Cassidy answered the phone and was so friendly and helpful and made me feel confident they could help me today. She gave me an accurate price over the phone, and I scheduled right away. A little over w hours later, I got a call from the driver confirming the price before loading everything. I will absolutely keep you in mind for the future and will share about Garbage Guys with our realtor. You look these guys up on maps and the address they give does not exist for them. It is a mortgage company. Looking at the website it didn't look immediately like you had to absolutely make an appointment with this place. I called them and found out that that's exactly what it is. Kind of look like you could go to a facility to drop off things as well. I don't like any company that can't give you an exact address where you can actually see the facility. It would be nice if their website would say immediately right off the bat that they only do service pickups.

They were on time, very courteous, and helped where they didn’t have to. I would hire them again without any concern about the job being done well.

As a family member attempting to navigate a hoarding situation, I simply cannot communicate the value of reassurance that the Garbage Guy staff provided - especially Collin and Ashton who were with us throughout the entire process. To provide some perspective, we were unable to identify a path between the front door to the kitchen or the back bedroom, which meant that we needed to start at the front door and slowly work our way back.
