Friendly and accommodating staff. After an in home estimate, we were ready to get the ball rolling on the kitchen countertop job.

We used Daniel & his company to demo, install tile in the living room and kitchen, replace countertops, replace the sink, baseboards, and backsplash. There was a lot of delays, and a lot of different workers coming into my home. Some days no one would show up. One day a worker came to demo, and demo’d something that we were not replacing. When I confronted Daniel about this mistake he said, “Well, it didn’t look good, so I was helping you.” So unprofessional. I had to call almost everyday before work to make sure that work would be done that day, and to have consistent people working in my home. If you decide to use Granite Innovations, make sure that you get Raul and Claudio to do your backsplash / tile work. They did a great job, and did a great job of communicating. They were honest, an

Worst customer service! We started our kitchen project at the end of 2021 and were told that they would travel to Discovery Bay for the installation of quartz countertops. Now when we are ready for installation they say NO that is too far and we are too busy. And that is after several attempts to contact them without a return call. We had to go to the shop to find this out directly. Now we have a new Kitchen without countertops. Thanks Daniel BEWARE.

Very unprofessional, out to rip people off. Gave me an estimate for 1200 sq ft of flooring for a section of my house without ever breaking out his measuring tape. My entire house has 1240 sq ft of living space. How in the world he got to 1200 if none of the bedrooms were part of the estimate will forever be a question only he will have an answer to. Either way if you consider using this guy do your own measuring and shop around he is not to be trusted
