Garden Center at The Home Depot

Garden center was really organized. Lots of varieties of plants. The plants looked healthy. I found everything I was looking for and more. The employee that checked me out was pleasant and the store follows current social distancing guidelines.

Unprofessional. I asked an associate if they had lead inserts to anchor to brick. He told me he's never used lead to put brick together. Told me usually uses mortar. I made it clear I wasn't amused. Actually I was pissed and he knew it. He then told me he works in the garden section. No I'm sorry. Nothing. No one in the store asked if I needed help. If I found everything. They didn't even call me sir. Sad customer service.

Nothing is more irritating than bringing in a plant which has died in less than 4 months old and being told I have to take store credit. Obviously, the money back guarantee within a year even if you have your receipt is worthless.

Inside help was great, outside was bad, i had to wait 20 minutes to get help loading 40 lb bags of top soil

Was able to pick up a couple of nice planters marked down!!
