I have been trying to get in touch with Nicole and Alex and neither is returning calls or texts. The majority of the work is completed but I still have a wall full of concrete they have not painted (since it was messed up during deck pour) and there are still some areas around the deck that need painting. For weeks I'm told they need to see when they can get out there. I'm also waiting for the electrician to be sent back out because the lights are not functioning as they should. My Salt Cell still needs to be installed - don't have a date on that yet. We just want the last details to be done. I hate having to resort to leaving a negative review, but this has become my last attempt to get my pool fully completed by Garden of Eden. Communication was great initially while the project was underway. However, the build experienced multiple delays, and against my better judgment, I paid in full after being promised the project would be completed soon. It has now been a year and a half since the pool itself was finished, and the spa heater has still not been installed. I have received no response to calls, texts, or emails from Nicole. Alex has answered a couple of times but has never followed up. My wife was able to reach him once, at which point he admitted they had forgotten about the heater installation entirely. Update: It is now three weeks since I have received this response and still nothing. I am still unable to get a hold of the owner nor Alex. Garden of Eden, what is the next date that you have for me now? All I’ve been asking is for my reimbursement of the water heater that is still pending. Review of Garden of Eden Pools – Unprofessional Service and Unresolved Issues Our experience with Garden of Eden Pools, owned and managed by Nicole Macias and Alex Rios, has been extremely disappointing. Although our pool was declared “completed” for fill on October 21st, several key issues remain unresolved. The pool lights still do not function properly, and the salt cell—an item we paid for—has yet to be installed. As a result, the pool has been treated with chlorine instead of the salt system we purchased. Since October, we have repeatedly contacted the company regarding both the salt cell and the malfunctioning lights. I had a great experience with Garden of Eden Pools, my pool is beautiful! I get so many compliments. It did take a little longer than we expected, but we understood we had a decent amount of rain over the summer and there were labor issues like mostly everywhere. My husband works in construction world so we get it. But anyway it was well worth the wait, the pricing was very fair and the work beautiful, we LOVE our new back yard, now just need some landscaping.
