Parking garage is just few steps away from "360 Chicago". Very convenient location. After parking, I used hop on-off bus for sightseeing and returned to parking garage later in the evening. Booked in advance via spot hero and got a good deal. I received the barcode via email and used on my phone to enter and exit. I started early, so it was easy to find the spot. Very happy with the experience !!!!

The ticketing machine wasn’t scanning my QR code so I called for help. I couldn’t hear well thanks to poor speaker quality. The employee was not only rude but told me I was at wrong parking lot and told me to back up. Back up to where? It’s one way rotating entrance. I tried the other ticketing machine. Guess what? It did scan my QR code. I was at correct parking lot. These unprofessional employees should get proper training or get fired. Avoid this lot at all cost.

Super tight, design seems cumbersome and time consuming to go in and out of parking, and then there's the payment. I know it's downtown and prices are naturally up, but there is better parking elsewhere for short walking distances and they don't care if you lost your ticket or work there or anything (even thought they can definitely pull it up in the system) they harshly interrupt you and tell u they want the money 💰 no exceptions.. atleast it's somewhat clean..

We paid $39 parking for no reason! Paid and went to the exit expecting the machine to ask/scan for the paid parking ticket but the thing lifted and let us right out!
