Marshall and his team did an outstanding job installing laminate flooring in our basement. My wife is thrilled, and it's hard to impress her. We will be looking to work with Garden State again in the near future.

Marshall and his team did a fantastic job renovating our guest bathroom. We had to gut the entire bathroom, expand the space and add in a bathtub. The team was punctual and extremely hard working throughout the project and showed great attention to detail. Furthermore, they were reasonably priced and finished the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

We used Garden State Renovations to finish our basement. Marshall was quick to respond to my initial call and provided an estimate at a very reasonable price to us quickly. Once we awarded him the job Marshall was able to start the job in a timely manner. He and his team were attentive to all of the details and were very accommodating to any special requests we had during the process. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and would use Marshall again for any future projects.

From a fast response to initial request and reasonable estimate from Marshall, to working around our schedule, discussing plans in detail, adjusting to change requests throughout and solid execution with quality work from Tim and Berto. From the initial architectural ideas and design of the kitchen island, basement and bathrooms to the final construction, the contractors worked diligently, accepted modifications and the final product was timely and looks great!
