John Guire Supply

We’ve been purchasing a lot of materials from John Guire Supply in Long Branch on an almost daily basis, and they’ve been consistently reliable. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always quick to get us what we need. Inventory is solid, and service is efficient, which makes a big difference for our day-to-day operations. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable supply house.

Without a doubt, the best customer service I've ever received. From the second I walked in, Erica, Tom, and Caitlin (Sorry if I spelled that wrong) made me feel welcome, but more importantly, moved heaven and earth to find the parts that I needed, and made sure I left the store with a smile on my face. Absolutely nailed it. I went in for two belts, and a pulley for my push mower. They found the pulley and one of the belts without a hitch. (Even cross-referencing a part number on the pulley to 100% verify I had the correct part.) The second belt is where it got interesting... The stock was showing like nine or so in stock, but nobody could find it for whatever reason. The guys at choir did an excellent job with the bed spray liner for my new Jeep and as well as the undercarriage spray. They took such good care of it, took out all the hardware that was there, covered up all of the holes that didn’t need to be sprayed, and a very neat and tidy job. James Domorski was a great help through the whole process and answered all my questions. A bunch of truthful and honest guys, would definitely go back.

I purchased my Boss Snowrator from Collin last fall. It was a great experience and they are also in a half tax zone which really helps out on the bottom line! I just had a little warranty issue with my machine and I dropped it off to them and they had it ready for me in less than a week! This time around I dealt mostly with James in service. It’s great talking with someone that is fully knowledgeable with every piece of equipment they sell. There’ve been plenty of times where I’ve gone to other stores and it felt like I knew more than the Salesman, which is pretty frustrating when you have questions about a machine that costs over $10,000. I haven’t felt that way once at John Guire. James and Colin are top-notch, and I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else. Thanks again fellas!
