Mike was incredibly misogynistic as he came in, complaining that he had to check in with us. Incredibly unprofessional and disgusting behavior, and as it seems from reviews this isn't the only situation where this has happened. Absolutely revolting.

Gardner Plumbing was recommended to me by an employee of the water company when a leak was detected in the main water line. Mike responded to my call before the end of the day. There were a few days delay in getting the work started due to all the rain we were having at the time. They dug a 4’ square by the water meter, ran the new line, installed a new shut off valve in my basement & were done in 3-3.5 hrs. No damage whatsoever to my landscaping. I found Gardner & Berry It crew to be helpful & knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Gardner Plumbing to anyone.

Called at 8:15 am and never received a call back until 13:26. For a company that advertises they are available 24 hours a day seems a bit slow to respond in my opinion. I have called back twice since then only to get voicemail and no answer or response. No a good way to run a business in my opinion. So the next day I get a call from them and explain my frustration in being able to reach anyone and the guy says well “they stay really busy with their commercial side of the business and generate over 4 million dollars a year.” Who cares? When I as a residential customer has a problem and I am looking to hire a company to fix my problem, I don’t care how much commercial business they have or don’t have!
