GarDyne Green Insulation

I stumbled upon this company while browsing reviews of local small businesses specializing in insulation. Among the highly praised ones, GarDyne stood out. On October 14, 2025, I contacted them and scheduled an onsite job estimate a few days later. We then set a date for the following Tuesday morning. Nathan, my point of contact, was incredibly helpful in discussing the insulation requirements for my garage’s exterior walls and attic. Both Nathan and Ben arrived promptly and got straight to work. Nathan took the time to consult me on a few things that arose during the job, which I greatly appreciated. My attic had only about 4” of insulation and was losing a lot of heat/AC, so it was time for us to call someone. Nate came out and was very knowledgeable making recommendations on our best approach. They removed my old insulation, air sealed(highly recommend adding this service if getting attic done), installed baffles, and blew in 14” of new insulation. Price was great and felt like we were working with folks who cared about making our house more comfortable. The house is already feeling worlds better. Highly recommend this company.

Nate and his partner coworker Chris we’re very professional and on time. What really impressed me more than anything was when they brought in the drop cloth and cover the floors. They were very careful very courteous and did a great job.

Nathan is the man! Throughout inspection he showed me all areas of my home through thermal imagery to see if and where I had any high temp areas, he set up his ladder to view the attic both before and after to show I went from 8 inches to about 14-16 inches of insulation afterwards. It’s only been a few days but I believe a difference is noticed despite not having many high temp areas. I will be recommending him again in the future.

Nathan did an excellent job. He was very thorough. We had issues last winter with condensation on our walls/ceiling and we had him come out this fall before it happens again with the upcoming winter. He recommended more insulation and he also suggested that the eaves were clogged so possibly no or little air getting into the attic. Sure enough he was correct! He cleaned them out and then also found that under some of our soffits was solid wood so no air could flow there either. He kindly drilled holes in the wood to make sure we get airflow. We are very thankful to have chosen GarDyne and would highly recommend this company!
