Ken has fixed countless issues at every business I've been involved with. From commercial plant work to small mom and pop machine shops also automotive garages. Never had to call another company. Ken and his crew always shows up. And never leaves broken issues not fixed. Fixes them right always.

Had them out on August 27, 2024. They seemed like good people with a good work ethic. Agreed to do some work on connecting a generator to house propane supply, they needed to order some parts and would get back to me with a quote. On September 5, 2024 they asked some questions to purchase fittings and said they would have the quote the next day. After waiting, I asked about status on October 24, 2024. Response was "Who is this and price for what?" I told him and they said they thought they sent it and would get it right out. On November 7, 2024 I reached back out and asked about the quote again. They said they would have to come back out to look at everything again because it has been so long along with some other comments. I told them I was going to just do it myself at this point. I cann

Our water heater was replaced under warranty. John was incredibly kind, professional, communicated well, and arrived on time. A diligent worker and even left the cardboard box for my kiddos to play with (per my request) He was very knowledgeable about his work and even gave a few pointers and professional opinions to my husband on another project he was working on. Very grateful for kind, hard working people! Highly recommend!

Ken started doing all my major plumbing for the company I worked for and we immediately became friends. 25 years later he is still the man I call when I need plumbing done right the first time. Cannot express how many times I appreciated him fixing things on my homes and others we manage right the first time.
