Garlick's Water Conditioning

The people at Garlick's water are great. Had them install a Kinetico water softener in 2019 with no problems. They did a great job. Just had them come out again to install a filter to get rid of the iron and sulfur smell. They explained how everything worked, installed it and now I have great water again. Thank you Garlick's and Kinetico.

I've owned my Kinetico equipment since 2012. There has never been any issue with it. The service I've gotten has been prompt and courteous. The limited amount of filter changing is pretty easy and the installer took the time to teach me to do it effectively. I highly recommend this product for your home.

I rented one of their softer for over 10 years, Several times during the course of that time I called to tell them the softer didn't seem to be working . They would send someone out, put some water in a bottle, shake it , and say because there was suds would say it was fine. We have now switched to someone else , and I am still kicking myself for not switching sooner. It's so nice to finally get what we're paying for. Not saying kinetico softer's aren't good, but Garlick's Water Conditioning one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. When they installed or softer they didn't even secure the softer drain hose to the drain cover. All they would have needed has a sip tie, and as a result when the softer charged it sprayed salt water all over our hot water heater and e

This company went above & beyond my expectations. As a first time home owner, I didn’t realize my system hadn’t been maintained & not working for some time. One quick phone call & they were there looking at it. So knowledgeable about the product, kind & got it running perfect in no time. They even came back to test the continued quality.
