I am very happy with the results of this install. The Garner team showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of my area. Sometimes, your work is a reflection of yourself and this team should be very proud of what they do. I was not expecting to do this right now but, it needed to be done. Everyone I spoke to, from start to finish, was understanding of my situation and that went a long way for me. This is something I won't have to worry about anymore. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service! We had a service tech do an emergency repair then a project manager out the next day to walk us through the replacement options for our 24 year old system. No up-selling, no pressure (unlike other companies we tried). We did our research, called back for some answers to make sure we made the best choice. They came back 2 days later to replace the HVAC, with a 6 hour estimate. They showed up exactly on time and finished just minutes past the 6 hours. Very impressive. Friendly and professional all around. Garner are our go-to HVAC techs from now on.

Omar Hernandez with Garner Heating and Air Conditioning completed a winter heating system check in my home and did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, and very thorough. Omar explained what he was checking, shared his findings clearly, and made sure my system was operating safely and efficiently for the winter. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism. Highly recommend Omar and Gardner Heating and Air Conditioning, right on time for the winter/ice storm. I also asked a question about dryer vent cleaner, not only did he answer my questions but he cleared a portion of the vent. He is truly a gem and one of the reasons I will continue to go to Garner for my heating and air conditioning needs.

Garner Heating & AC has been my go-to source for years at both of my houses I've lived in here in Kyle. Most recently, we had Chey Simpson out for our system maintenance, during which he explained what he was checking along the way. He was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Garner has come out for repairs in the past, and they've always been fair with their pricing and always do great work in a timely manner.
