We had a housing authority inspection and 1 week to do the work so we would not lose our rents. We called Dimitri through his booking service Crown Services Group. We came up with a scope of work and contract to complete the work. The price was high but with a short period of time we decided to move forward. He went the first 2 days and then called about all these other items for repair outside the scope. When going to see for myself there were no other issues and he was creating more work to make extra money. When talking to him about the other items to understand why he thought they were additional work, he did not respond to that. He was respectful about clean up and not making a mess. And was a lovely, safe person to have in my home. Will absolutely be using him again in the future for any handy needs! Was a dream come true!

I had an appointment for 2-4pm, I scheduled this appointment a week and a half prior. No one ever came, I called 3 times and the first two times they said they would call the handyman assigned to me and tell them to call me. Never received a call. The third time they acted like I called the wrong business and said there’s no appointment scheduled. When the other two ladies I spoke to knew exactly what I scheduled for without me saying so and knew the time. I waited over a week to waste my time and now I have to find someone Else and wait even longer. I didn’t get any apologies or any sign that they even cared at all.

I wanted to give this company a good review but unfortunately I can't. I scheduled an appointment with a window time from 9-11. The technician never called to confirm appointment or even to tell me that there would be a delay in getting back to me. I feel like my morning has been waisted. I keep calling back to see if someone will still be arriving and I keep getting the run around. At this point, I'm thinking about going with another company.
