My experience with this moving company was nothing like the photos I’ve seen posted in some of these Google reviews. I think there’s a big misconception between military families and moving companies, especially in places like Fort Irwin. A lot of folks leave their homes in a chaotic lived-in state. As in, nothing is moved or touched at all. It’s like they just woke up on a regular day with a fully furnished house and the same mess from yesterday and the day before that, then expected the movers to figure it out. Before the movers even arrived, I had already packed, separated, and organized everything myself. I cleared out entire rooms and brought everything I wanted shipped into the garage, neatly arranged and ready to go. The two gentlemen who helped us were professional and respectful.

They broke my dresser and damaged the wall in my house while bringing it inside. The team was annoyed that we said yes they had to put our furniture together & when they did it was all sorts of messed up to the point that our couch broke a few months later even though it was new. They left nails EVERYWHERE and we had to clean it up so children walking to school wouldn’t get injured. They’re careless about your furniture and only care about the check.

Caution Advised When Considering This Moving Company I regret to inform potential customers that my experience with this moving company was highly unsatisfactory. The services rendered were unprofessional, and the company lacked the necessary equipment to ensure a smooth relocation process. Notably, the Fort Irwin Transportation Office issued a warning letter to the company due to their failure to provide the required packing list items. Additionally, the high-value inventory list was not furnished as promised. During the move, several pieces of our furniture were damaged, and upon arrival at our destination, we discovered a total of nine missing boxes. We lost thousands of dollars worth of property. We had about 6,000 lbs of HHG moved by them and nearly 1,000 lbs of the shipment went missing somewhere along the way, entire shipping crates missing (air compressor, 65" TV, all kitchen stuff, instruments, bedding, decor, and much more). We were told another delivery date would be scheduled for the remaining portion, but that stuff was never found. After unpacking what we did receive, there did not seem to be any order to how they packed. We had bathroom mats with office supplies, garage tools with decor, toilet cleaner supplies with board games, and many boxes were labeled incorrectly, vaguely, and most did not have which room it came from. I thought everything was great until we started unpacking our items. We noticed that a few of our high value items were missing… were certain that we had a few things stolen by the people who packed our house because before the packers came I left things in certain locations expecting them to be packed… examples are AirPods, north face jackets, and other small items.. will not be using again.
