Very polite and friendly when I called, there were out to my house within a day of me calling them and the driver was friendly. They answered all my questions and they have one of the best prices of all the places I called. I will difenitly recommend them to anyone that needs this kinda service. Matt had done an inspection for us in August 2017. After buying the home we found out that he had missed several code violations with our septic and well. I just found out about another code violation he "missed." I was told he is extremely thorough and one of the best. I am still currently waiting for them to call me back. I had just moved into my house and discovered the septic was full and needed to be pumped. I called around to have it pumped. When I called garrisons, the lady on the phone was so unbelievably rude to me and made me feel stupid for asking normal questions. I understand everyone has bad days but that is no way to treat a potential new customer. I ended up going with another company because of this. I am always trying to support local businesses, but I will not recommend or ever use this company again.

We called to have our septic inspected, they would call when they were in the area. Called on a Tuesday and said they would be there shortly and then called to cancel because there was an emergency and rescheduled for Thursday. We waited all day and no one showed up or called.
