Cheap place to get refractory fireplace panels. Open 7-12 on Saturday. Lot of Spanish spoken here. Also... I am white, 60, blue collar looking. Walked in Sat. morn 8am, middle-aged mexican men outside talking in native language standing around p/u trucks w/trailers, and I pull in a red chevy Spark (I luv that car!) wearing work duds, walk in to the waiting room, say ”Good morning" to a few and wait my turn. All Spanish. My turn comes. Gentleman @counter asks like "How can I help?" I explain short & concisely, "I need 2 fireplace concrete refractory panels about 2 by 3." The whole place gets quiet for a second. Counter guy responds, literally, "They're all 24 inches by 36 inches." I suppress the laugh but not the slight sardonic smile and reply, "I need two." Great place with lots of supplies. Very helpful people both inside sales and the outside loaders. Their prices are very reasonable and they have everything I've ever needed for masonary projects. Highly recommend.

Would never go there again. Zero customer service.
