We’ve been customers of Garthwaite for years . Last year we needed our oil tank replaced . Since we are seasonal resident we decided to hold off til this fall to replace . After several attempts to get the service manager to call me back I have given up . I cannot recommend this company . Find someone who cares enough to return a phone call

The young man Kevin, who cleaned our furnace today was a wonderful and very pleasant guy. We hope to have him again next year because it's always a pleasure to have someone explain things to us and we felt very comfortable with him. The girls in the office in person and on the phone when we signed up to pre-buy our kerosene, we are also very very nice. Very happy with the service of this company

Garthwait takes customer service to the highest level I've ever experienced. Recently converted my old oil heating system to a new propane system. My Techs Travis and Hugh were exceptional and service Manager Sean delivered everything promised and more. The work was difficult and they performed like champions. And the crew removing the old equipment were equally excellent. So thankful they are my Team! Carolyn even set up my warranty registration. They are all truly best in class and experts in their field.

We have a home on Drakes Island and we converted from oil to propane for heat and hot water. We are very pleased with Garthwaite for the purchase and smooth installation of an ALTA combi boiler and tankless hot water heater. Their service is excellent. We really appreciate that a friendly voice always answers the phone, instead of a computer menu! We thought pricing for the overall job was competitive. We are very happy with Garthwaite.
