The hinges on my over head cabinets do not work. The doors are so heavy they will not stay open while you get into them because the hinges are not adequate. I have called many times with no response, sent a letter and stopped by to talk to both Sharon and Mike. The last time I stopped in Mike said he would talk to Sharon and take care of it. Of course I heard nothing back. I am unable to use my overhead flip up doors in my closet. I am sad that they choose not to finish the job. I felt I had a good relationship with SHARON, but I will never use them again. Extremely disappointed.

Friendly staff but lacking in prompt customer service. The original design of the buffet we wanted were either lost or miscommunicated because the design was not what we requested. We opted not to pay more for the change. The customer has to follow-up on delivery of purchase or else you are waiting for months for your cabinets. Finally, when there is an issue with the custom cabinets; i.e. drywall screw holding my cabinet door in place, you have to follow-up multiple times for the problem to be resolved. Still waiting....
