I thought I was hiring a reputable construction company for a major home renovation project, which required full dormer, extension, new kitchen, HVAC, plumbing along with new bathrooms. It turned out I hired a typical construction contractor that you should avoid at all costs. I learned the hard way that Gary Courtier DID NOT close three of the five permits they opened for the project. Up on my contacting the company I was told the best they can do is to give them the number of new subcontractor they now use so I can get the work done to pass the inspections at my own cost. I don't know how they were able to get the final inspection scheduled without first passing the 3 related permits passed/inspected.

I had my whole house renovated by Gary Courtier and have to say they were always on top of the work and still to this day will come to my house 4 years later to take care of small things that I might need to be fixed. They are very professional and they do great work. No project is too big or small for them and their prices are fare. They will always treat you with respect and be there when you really need them. I highly recommend them.

Hired them for a big construction project (in New Hyde Park) that I felt lost on where to begin, Had them completely gut the house, dormer to create an upstairs and demo/build a garage from scratch. I have never seen a company work with such efficiency and coordinate with the town to ensure no missteps. Communication has been stellar as I receive calls/texts to update the daily/weekly goals and progress. I'd recommend(and already have) them for any home project, as things will get done prompt, properly with minimal headaches. Thank you guys for your efforts!!

I had seen work this company has done in the area and I liked what I saw so I called them. Ronnie came out on April 26, 2023 and had said we would receive an estimate within a week. Since then, I have called them at least 3 times and they are always courteous on the phone and tell me they will find out what happened and get back to me……nothing.
