I have owned my home now for 6 years. Because I have a huge tree growing through my line, I typically have to call Tupa’s plumbing once a year to come clean it out/ push it through. They have taken care of me the same day every single time I have had to call. We are so thankful for Tupa Plumbing! :)

I am very disappointed in this business. This company was referred to me since I am new in the area. It took almost two weeks for them to come out. Then when they supposedly fixed my leaky tub faucet it cost almost $200. A month later it started leaking again. I called them to come back out and fix it and they didn’t answer. The next week I left a message and no call back. Finally I got a hold of someone this week, (the same rude girl that booked the appointment), and she told me they will not be fixing it right. They only guarantee 30 days!! Omg. She said she would speak to the owner and call me back but no call back. Don’t hire this company unless you want to waste your money. Owning three houses, this isn’t my first rodeo with a plumber. This is by far the worst service I have ever ex

Needed emergency service on a Sunday. Called everywhere, as far as Rosenberg. Could not get an answer or a callback. Finally called Gary Tupa, ignoring the closed hours listed online. He had an emergency number, and he promptly saved the day, allowing my wife and I to have showers before work on Monday. Best of all, he was very prompt in showing up, prompt in solving the issue, and his price was entirely fair, even for Sunday rates.

Called Monday for service for a water leak, called back Tuesday to make sure my info was still in que and was told yes. Thursday evening after securing another company, which fixed it, and still have not received any update on a repair time frame

Tupa Plumbing has provided great assistance with my family. They always are available to provide any emergency services, which really helps as I have an elderly mother and live out of town.
