Passing thru Key West this afternoon and this truck passes us doing 50 in a 30. We both turn at a light and he starts brake checking me for doing the speed limit? I start going around him and start yelling at us for no reason. He speeds up and turns off on a side street. Why would you do business with this company that has an employee that wants to create a accident to a mini van with children in it!

Great ownership and leadership in the company, they truly care about the community as well and give back when they can. They generously support many youth sports in the city!

We had a pipe burst in our store and had to shut off the water to the entire store until it was repaired. After calling many companies, most of which don't even answer their phones, Gary's not only answered the phone, they understood the urgency of getting someone out here right away and within an hour, the repair was completed and we had water once again. The tech even noticed a loose tank on the toilet and tightened that down as well. Now I know who I can call for my home, my business and my rental property that will show up and complete any repair quickly!! Thank you Gary's!

Gary's Plumbing recently hooked our home up to the new sewage system on Sugarloaf. The work was done very professionally in every respect. The workers were courteous, prompt and completed the job in a workmanlike manner within only three days from start to finish. The office staff facilitated the work nicely. We could not have been more pleased.

Plumber was knowledgeable. Also nice, for the most part. Price is steep. They will charge you full price (per hour) even for a job that was unresolved. In my case i paid a little over $200 for the guy to tell me that I needed to spend $1000. And dirty up my tub. However, I'm all for doing the job right so I agree. No discount or $20 off because "hey sorry we couldn't help you today". No applying todays charges/payments to the upcoming visit to fix the issue. Not even a little bit.
