I needed to replace a basement exterior door that was an irregular size. None of the big box stores could find a vendor willing to do it. I wasted time having them come out to do consultations. I contacted Gate City and they came out right away. Within a week, they presented a quote that was very reasonable. We moved forward and were given a 4-6 week turnaround. Completely understandable for a custom door done right. Turn around ended up being about 2 weeks. The installation went smoothly. We couldn't be happier. Remember, shop local!

Bought a front door from these guys. Was made to order and of great quality at a much lower price than some other installers quoted. The door sweep started coming loose after about six months. I called for a warranty claim and they honored it promptly and with minimal fuss. Good company that sells quality products at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
