If I could give this company less than one star I would! This company installed a gate at my mother's property.Which in my opinion was done with poor workmanship (see picture) She has had intermittent issues with one of the two sides not opening all the way. They sent a technician out three times and found no issues. The second time they were here they installed new batteries which I can somewhat understand because of the age of the batteries. But to charge almost $400 to "diagnose" an issue and not find anything is absurd! The third time they were here I watched the technician while he "diagnosed" the issue. Garbage company. They show nothing but contempt for their customers, likely because they have no real competition in many service areas. They installed a security gate at one of my properties, glossing over the fact that for unexplained reasons, they would charge me a monthly "maintenance" fee after installation, despite the fact that they do absolutely nothing to "maintain" the gate. It's just price gouging, charging a monthly fee for nothing. I wasn't going to post a review, but then they raised the monthly fee--twice--within a 12 month period, knowing I have no choice but to pay it. How is this company still is business? They are universally hated, with good reason.

The company showed initial interest in our back gate project, and sent two (2) technicians to study the site. Proposals & designs would follow, I was told. Then, nothing. I made multiple calls trying to become a customer. Left messages and spoke with people who said someone would follow up. Crickets.

My experience with Gate Logic Security has been less than satisfactory. I recently purchased a property where they had done a previous installation of coil sensors. The first thing that was obvious about the installation was that the filler that they used to seat the coils was white in stark contrast to the black pavement. On closer inspection of the workmanship, I noticed exposed wires in three different locations: one on the coil itself and two separate instances of wire running into conduit that was exposed on the ground next to the asphalt. Given their state of exposure, I reasonably expected one or more of the wire sets would be severed by routine driveway traffic. Fantastic service. Gate Logic was easy and pleasant to work with. We have used another gate company in the past and there is no comparison - Gate Logic will be my number one recommendation going forward.
