James from Gates Garage was awesome. I had another company out to replace my garage weather strip and they completely broke my garage door opener. James was able to come out the very next day, diagnose the issues, and had everything fixed within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and charged extremely fair pricing. Would absolutely recommend Gates Garage Door Services to anyone I know.

Called after 5:00 PM and got a return call a short time later. James was able to come out that evening and replaced our springs. He was extremely cordial and competent, and had our broken springs replaced quickly and efficiently, and with ones even better than what we had. We are very impressed with his work and highly recommend him.

Doug was very professional, explained what all our options were for a fix and gave his personal suggestions based on our financial situation. Customer Service for this company is a stellar!!!
