I am extremely upset with Gateway Moving LLC. I scheduled my move on February 2nd for February 26th from a three bedroom house to a two bedroom apartment. I was told the movers would arrive between 1 PM and 3 PM but they did not show up until 5 PM. I called to complain and asked for a discount. Dawn offered to refund my $50 deposit and cancel the move but all my belongings were already packed and it was the last day I could move. I had no choice but to go ahead with the move. When I told Dawn the movers were late, she said the time she gave me was only an estimate. 1-3pm was the estimated time. Arriving at 5pm was ridiculous. Communication was terrible all day. At 2:30 PM I was told the movers were 1 hour and 15 minutes away. When I called again around 3:45 PM, 4:19, and 4:50 no one answ

DONT TRIST THE CHEAP PRICE !! Dishonest !! Damaged my stuff / sent someone to repair it and now will not return the forms they took to repair / will be taking them to court !! Damaged tool box / tool drawer and rails !! Buyer beware !!!! Contact me for specifics if you would like !!

This is a horrible moving service. My bedroom set was damaged, they promised to repair it but never did. They then promised to pay me for the damage but then never did. They scraped my ceilings and offered to come repaint but then never did. I have emailed and called them multiple times. No response. Do not use them!

Calvin and his crew showed up on time, were careful with all my belongings, precise in loading/unloading their truck, friendly, and thorough! Highly recommend!
