Gator Garage Doors

We needed a new spring on our 9 year old garage door. Called 3 places for quotes and they were the most fair and nicest of the local places I called in Round Rock. We able to come out same day and gave a free inspection and quoted other options for service. I learned a lot from these professionals! Joseph and Ben were amazing! Made the process quick and painless. Didn’t feel pressured on upselling but they made some great future recommendations I will be back for one day! Highly recommend!

The company over all is friendly, nice, and very helpful. Customer service has good communication and fast response. My inspectors Joseph and Ben were very kind and understanding with my situation. They explained everything to me and answered all the questions my family and I had. Showed us all the details and gave me four choices with up front prices, as well as explaining which ones would be best and what the difference would be. Joseph and Ben had amazing attitudes and I would definitely recommend them and this company to anyone with garage troubles or accidents. 10/10 experience.

My technician Jalen came promptly and there was good communication before arrival. He was very honest about what my garage needed but still gave me options for what I could afford. Jalen is friendly and professional and got all the work done in about an hour, and got my very challenging garage door back in shape. There was a scheduling snafu on the day of my original appointment, but Gator Garage made the issue right, which I am appreciative of. I do highly recommend this company and Jalen as a technician.

A huge shoutout to Joseph and Ben. They were knowledgeable with their product, efficient, diligent with their work, extremely kind, and did a phenomenal job of repairing our garage door.
