Brent and Laura Gatza are excellent! Brent replaced and upgraded my HVAC system to a 2 stage system in 2024 (under 20k, including labor) and things have been great. He got 3 bids, walked us through the right system, and was able to do the install by himself within a week of the bid in a 2 day job and went the extra mile to make sure the electrical was run to the thermostat to hook up to my ecobee, and he made no mess, it actually looks better and sealed up the exterior better than it was previously. Not to mention the price was better than the big name companies. Humidifier filters are ignored by some companies on maintenance but Gatza is on top of this too! Great for maintenance visits twice annually, they do it all!

Brent has been our routine maintenance / tune up person for our HVAC for over a decade. Every year I would ask "Is it time to replace our system?". Every year he would say we aren't done yet. Our original system was installed in 2002. Well, this was the year. Woke up one morning to find the outside unit had stopped and the lines were covered in ice. Brent came over as soon as he had time to diagnose and to get us a temporary solution. He got us estimates on 4 options right away and even called us after hours to answer our questions. Cannot recommend this small local business enough. Was referred to them by a friend and have been pleased since. Brent and Laura are the easiest people to work with. Brent is very fair and honest in his assessment of what needs to be done on units. Laura responds quickly to calls and messages and always keeps an open line of communication. Brent kept an a/c unit alive for years until it wasn't feasible anymore and replaced the new one in a few hours.
