The Gault team was outstanding from start to finish! They ran several new circuits for my kitchen renovation, installed recessed lights, and provided several repairs. The team was very professional, experienced, and very friendly to my family (including the pets). They will be my go to for electrical work in the future.

She is caring and compassionate, and worked with Dominion Power and Gault's schedule to provide the fastest service possible; I am beyond thankful. I placed a call due to a faulty dryer receptacle. The customer service reps (Rhonda and the young lady who initially booked my appointment) were very kind, communicative, and helpful. They got me on the schedule the next day. And communicated any changes in time of technician arrival, so I was always informed and never left waiting. The technicians, Ty V. & Devon W., were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They communicated every issue, potential fixes, and gave recommendations. These gentleman were the prime example of professionalism, subject matter expertise, and skillful. The work done by Gault to replace an A/C/heating unit was first class. The personnel were very friendly, and they explained what they were going to be doing for the two days of installation. The equipment used and the quality of workmanship was excellent. All of the new ducts were properly sealed with neat placement of lines. Any outdoor equipment/lines were installed to minimize visible sightlines from the street. When the crew was done, they went through all of the installation areas, and explained how to use the equipment. Pictures were taken for verification. Overall, very professional job was done.
