G&C Garage Doors And Openers

My family has used G&C Garage Doors for over 4 years and I have nothing but positives to say. He's professional, prompt, knowledgeable and fair to a fault with his pricing. I've used other garage door companies and by far he's the best. I'd recommend Gerald and his company to all my friends and family. Gerald provides exceptional service!! He’s very knowledgeable, thorough, fast and his work is impeccable!! I needed two dented panels replaced. He also gave me advice on things that I could do to keep my garage door in excellent working order. My garage door had never been lubed before. Gerald lubed my garage door for me free of charge!!! He’s also going to comeback to repair a few manufacturers scratches too. I highly recommend using his services!!

I contacted G&C (a Charles County small business) on Friday evening to repair my garage door that wouldn't close properly. Mr. Gerald returned my call immediately and was available the next morning. He arrived timely, was extremely professional and fixed the door in less than a hour. I asked about the repair of another door opener. Though it was not repairable, he recommended a quality brand for the replacement that I got from a local chain. I decided to replace all of the openers since they were over 20 years old. Mr. Gerald came out the following day to remove the old openers and install the new ones. Again, he was timely. professional, neat, efficient and very helpful. I was not home and my wife contacted me saying not just one but both of our garage doors would not close and one was hanging off the tracks I contacted G and C garage doors and the owner answered my call even though it was as after hours. He then arrived at my house and got both doors repaired and working properly he also was able to explain very clearly what the issues were. My wife also stated how kind and professional he was . I am having him come back and do some additional repairs. The last thing is his communication is over the top he texted me today just to follow up ! I highly recommend this company

My garage door spring broke, I called Gerald and he showed up at my house within two hours with the parts to fix the door. He had the spring fixed and the door back to working in an hour. Incredible service! Thanks again!
